Journey from Les Contamines-Montjoie to Les Chapieux

It was a very pleasant drive. The drive came on time. He was very considerable to the needs of our kids. He explained us a little about places we passed and even suggested to stop by and purchase some cheese in a cheese factory. We absolutely recommend Edelweiss taxi! Very fair price compared to what was suggested by others.

Journey from Moûtiers Train Station to Méribel Mottaret

Jean-Francois at Edelweiss taxi was great. He kept me informed at all times and when we need to adjust our return due to the sudden unexpected closures in France he was great in making sure we got back to the train station in time on a different day/time.

Journey from Geneva Airport to Les Menuires

1. The driver arrived to airport about 15-20 minutes later. We could reach him on the mobile phone only from 3-rd attempt. It would be nice to inform about delays in advance. 2. On the way to Ski-resort driver used the mobile phone multiple times without any bluetooth headphones/device. It's dangerous from my perspective. 3. The car itself had a disturbing noise in the back and a little smell of gasoline. 4. The selection of road on the way back to airport could have been with a little bit less of speed bumps. 5. The driver was nice and friendly and knew the road really well.

Reply from the transfer company:

The return trip was scheduled for 8am. the passengers were not ready, the driver had to wait 30' (departure at 8:30 instead of 8:00), and had to choose a different itinerary in order not to be too delayed for the following bookings.
