Journey from Malpensa Airport to Club Med Val Thorens Sensations

The drivers were very polite and on time to meet us at the airport and on our way back from our resort. We have two vans and both of them drive safely for a almost 5 hours trip.

Journey from moutiers to meribel mottaret

Edelwiess Taxis provide an excellent service and Jean replied quickly to my emails, text messages and phone calls. When I contacted them to say the train was running late they said it was no problem. I simply phoned from the station and Jean arrived 10 mins later.

Journey from Val-d'Isère to Grenoble-Isère Airport

We were very happy with the transfers too and from the airport. One observation we have is that we do not think the driver was using google maps in order to check the level of traffic. If he had, we could have immediately taken the alternative route that he took once he turned round and back tracked.

Unless our big delay and heavy traffic on the roads, driver picked us op shortly after we arrived. Very friendly and relaxed person.

Got picked up at the booked time. The driver was very nice and pleasant and would have a conversation if you wanted or would drive quietly. Very pleasant journey and I would book with them again.

Despite having confirmed when he dropped us off that he would pick us up for our return to Eurostar on Saturday the driver did not turn up. (I had had a confirmation from Find transfers the day before). We waited half an hour, tried calling several times - but went straight to voicemail (left message). Hotel had to book a replacement for us - nearly missed our train home. Still not had any contact/explanation from edelweiss

Journey from Moutiers train station to Saint-Martin-de-Belleville

Unfortunately, they were unable to fulfil their promise for the return journey as their vehicle was in an accident. It would have been helpful if they provided information about other companies but we had to phone them to find out exactly what was going on and they didn't think to let us know if the car they were sending had the baby car seat in it. I don't know if they did send a car in the end as we managed to make other arrangements. I would have expected some compensation paid but there wasn't any. I understand accidents happen but it could have been dealt with better.
