Journey from Geneva Airport to Les Coches

Very efficient service and good communication. A slight issue with return transfer (driver had difficulty finding chalet) but driver contacted us immediately and Edelweiss office also contacted us by telephone to assist so there was only a minor delay to arranged pick up time. Would use Edelweiss again and certainly recommend.

Journey from Chambéry - Challes-les-Eaux to Courchevel 1650

Our transfer was perfect. Our lovely driver (can’t quite remember his name!) picked us up from Chambéry train station on time, helped us with our luggage, and drove us up to Courchevel 1650 dropping us right to our door, with a perfect mix of chat, but not too much chat!! Would highly recommend.

Journey from Geneva Center (All Areas) to Courchevel 1650

The taxi was over an hour late to pick up my parents from a hotel in Geneva Centre. There was no communication from the company about this - we had to keep calling. Then the driver couldn’t find the hotel and had to speak to the hotel about how to access it. For the return journey, The company was amenable to changing the pick up date and time but the driver was given the wrong hotel information for the pick up. He said he was outside but he wasn’t and it wasn’t easy to get a hold of him (and the owner didn’t pick up the phone either). Luckily we were able to stop him and the hotel had to give him directions. He was also given the wrong hotel in Geneva for the drop off! Not the driver’s fault but the owner as I had clearly written all information in emails and on the booking form. Not as seamless as it should have been. The drivers drove well but organization was a problem.

Journey from Geneva to Valmorel

Very competitive rates. Driver was delayed on the motorway prior to arrival, but communicated the delay to the owner, so I was able to made aware. Prompt pick up for return journey. I was able to pay by card each way direct to driver which was helpful. Would use again.
