Arrived on time for collection and pickup. I was not made aware that the transfer was required to be paid in cash. We had to drive an additional 45 minute round trip to the nearest ATM to withdraw money and the driver charged extra for this

Mixed. Our plane landed 20 minutes late and I received a phone call advising the driver was at that airport. So far so good. Took a while for bags to become available so I relayed progress to our driver. Unfortunately, when we exited arrivals our driver was not there to meet us. A phone call later and he advised he was 30 minutes away. When asked why he had left the airport we didn’t get a straight answer. Texted their Headquarters and received a very apologetic timely response and continued to receive information up to the arrival of the driver. 45mins later he turned up, very apologetic and we left. Issues do happen and the driver and HQ were extremely apologetic; but this delay impacted the time we had on the ski slope on arrival day. The whole point of the early flight. Drive was comfortable, clean, new ppl carrier, spacious and our driver was very friendly. Spoke great English. Return was on time. Same driver, clean, efficient and very friendly. If this was my local taxi firm, i would still use them, but would emphasize stronger communication.

This company failed to communicate the proper address to the taxi driver. Which resulted in her going to the wrong village the other side of La Plagne She arrived an hour and five minutes late then got really frustrated as they had not informed her that two of the group had ski carriage. We missed our flight and ended up having to book a hotel near Grenoble airport and fly home the next day at a cost of £885 which eternity limousine refused any financial compensation merely offered a one way free transfer if we used them again!

Good communication and polite drivers. Arrival journey took longer than expected and departure time earlier than needed but better safe than sorry.

The only fault I could find with our transfers was that at both ends we had issues with funding our driver and the driver finding out chalet. There is also the issue that not all the drivers have card machines so you have to be prepared to pay fairly large sums of cash on the date of your transfer. Apart from that our airport transfers went smoothly.

We booked a private transfer - booking email said 8 seater van and English speaking drivers. Way out was ok. We got a van but driver spoke no English and wasn't waiting for us in airport. Not a problem just not what was promised. Way back was a bad experience. Asked to move onto a shared coach with others who had also booked private transfer (no discount offered). Coach turned up late; after repeat calling the company we eventually got the driver's number but he didn't speak English so couldn't tell us what was happening. He then went the wrong way twice (!) and had to do a crazy u-turn on the main road. We were then stuck in a massive accident traffic jam and queued over an hour and a half to get back to the point where he went the wrong way. When we eventually got to airport he didn't know how to get to the coach drop off area so we went around in circles. Everyone else on coach missed their flights by some margin. Fortunately our flights were delayed so we made it...just...but it was a stressful experience.
