Journey from Ravenna to Venice

we were unlucky, the taxi was broken and we had to wait an hour for another taxi. We didn't have much choice as we had already paid an advance. Once the taxi arrived, and yes it did, everything went smoothly. Bad luck on the road can happen to anyone, but yes this was unfortunate for me. I think I would write to this company next time.

Our driver, Caterina, was very helpful with great customer service. She helped us with our luggage to our hotel which was a 10mins walk away from the drop off point in Venice. We had 8 people in our group. Many thanks for her assistance !

Would highly recommend this company if you require a transfer. The driver texted I advance to advise where he would be. He was there waiting for both the arrival and departure. The vehicle was of high quality. Cost has increased somewhat since last used 4 years ago, but that it is owing to fuel costs I suspect. Still reasonable.

Service was excellent, consuelo, our driver was in contact the day of pick up and was waiting once we came out of baggage pickup. She was again right on time to collect us for our return trip. The vehicle was very nice and comfortable. The only thing is to perhaps let people know a little more in advance that all is set for the journey but maybe that's just a personal thing. Would definitely recommend
