Journey from Cruise Port - Ravenna to Venice

We took a transfer from Ravenna port to Venice. It was only slightly more expensive than if my family of 5 took the Cruise line offered private bus transportation. So totally worth it. Good communication from the driver. He was 15 minutes late but he told us well ahead of time and we were not in a hurry so it was not a problem at all. Arranged a water taxi for us in Venice and personally walked us there to the dropoff at the port.

Fabulous service. They were timely, friendly and responsive. I was very nervous about all this and maybe called a few extra times and they were always patient and informative. Everything worked beautifully.

Journey from Venice Marco Polo Airport to Cruise Port - Ravenna

Would have been excellent rating apart from the extra money they asked for on the return trip . Due to an Italian national airport strike, We had to transfer from our cruise ship to a hotel outside Venice for an extra day . The journey length in km and time was no difference to the scheduled airport transfer,and I was disappointed we were charged for a change beyond our control

Reply from the transfer company:

we did everything possible the service had been paid to go to marco airport but the customer requested a detour to a hotel which was 15 km away from mogliano we asked for a small difference it was 10 pax but perhaps i am not able to understand that if we went at the airport they had to pay at least 3 taxis who would have asked them for a minimum of €190. We always do our best but sometimes the customer does not understand the problems and then we asked for €70, a very low amount. Greetings Alex

Other than a mixup of time to pick us up at the port, the drivers were friendly and helpful, and we reached our destination, Venice, without any other hitches. The cars were clean and quite spacious, and the drivers were very accommodating.

Journey from Ravenna to Venice

Danial our driver was on time to pick us up off if our Cruise . There was six of us with plenty of luggage which he handled for us drove us to Venice from Ravenna Italy . He even walked us to the water taxi and assisted us with our luggage which he didn’t have to do . We were all impressed with his service

Journey from Cruise Port - Ravenna to Venice

Clarification on payment by credit card needs additional work. For expensive transfers like out it is not unusual riders at the end of their trio to not have 300+ Euros in their pocket to pay the driver. Credit card payment option in addition to the cash payment option to driver should be available for payment on the reservation website or direct with the driver.
