Journey from Ravenna to Venice

Our driver, Alessandro, was punctual and friendly. He also helped us by making a few calls regarding our request about water taxi/water bus availability to our hotel in Venice. We would definitely book with Euro Blu Rent again in the future.

Journey from Venice Treviso Airport to Union Lido | Camping 5 Stelle

1st Transfer from Treviso Airport to our destination was perfect, our driver Caterina picked us up on time in a modern air conditioned vehicle. Unfortunately our return transfer was not good, a different driver collected us in an older vehicle without the air conditioning working in the back of the vehicle where we were sitting. The temperature was in the mid 30's which made the journey very uncomfortable, so uncomfortable that one of our children actually vomited. Then to make this situation worse we were also brought to the wrong airport (Marco Polo). We got to the correct airport eventually but not an ideal experience!

I am very sorry about what happened but we were emergency and we entrusted his transfer to another colleague to do so we added something more than what he had paid the customer was not from our team we are sorry again now to do

Journey from Venice Marco Polo Airport to Camping Marina di Venezia

Very poor service do not use! I booked and paid in full for a return journey private transfer for my family. I received a text message to say that my return journey to the airport would be on a bus with 3 other groups. I asked for a partial refund as this was not what I booked and got no response and no refund. The bus driver then took an additional 2 groups on the bus when they arrived to pick us up so 6 groups in total on the 1 bus which were originally supposed to be individual private transfers. The driver stopped the bus mid journey to request additional money from other groups that had previous paid in full. He then blocked one of the other group members from leaving the bus upon arrival at the airport demanding she pay additional moneys. A terrible experience and definitely would not recommend to anyone.

Questa signora abbiamo chiesto di servizio individuale ma acconsentito a venire in autobus che il veicolo in questione ci è costato molto di più €.500 abbiamo proposto il rimborso eventualmente e cancellazione del suo transfer ma non a accettato queste cose capitano e non abbiamo l’asciato a piedi nessuno anche quelli che non hanno pagato Poteva benissimo prendersi una macchina per suo conto ma sicuramente non gli era conveniente

What a great find this website was. With no public transport that linked the airport to our destination at the time of arrival, the options provided by find transfers were excellent. There was an immediate confirmation once booked, with payment to be made when picked up. The night before I travelled, the driver sent me a text advising that she would be meeting me, which was great to have the contact as we were slightly delayed. She was there as we left the airport and on departure, arrived 15 minutes before the expected pick up. The vehicle for 7 of us was clean and the transfer door to door was quick and easy. Recommend 100% based on my experience.
