Journey from Venice Marco Polo Airport to Hotel Lago di Braies

Everything went very smoothly. Sebastian, our driver, from the airport was extremely flexible and patient when the airlines lost my bag and he had to wait. He also was willing to take us to a store to help replace lost items. He was very communicative and a great driver. Marco was exactly the same quality for the return journey. Booking this company made our trip so much easier and less stressful.

Journey from Chioggia to Venice

Instally told to pay driver in full at time of trip. Contacted a week prior to trip and told if we didn’t pay 2/3 of the cost as a deposit, trip would be cancelled. Ended up paying 1/3, but of course driver asked for full payment. Didn’t care for the strong arming. Ride was for 10 people from Port of Chioggia to Venice.

thanks for the review but we have had many problems with customers who did not show up or canceled the day. first at this moment we don't trust anyone who says they want to pay in cash, so we always ask for a deposit the customer can, like us, be free to cancel but it causes us harm because we have other transfers
