Very pleased with the service and cost. Luxury transfer bus and they were very helpful. We had to ask them to turn back to hotel as we had left an item in t he hotel and they did this without any issues. Would highly recommend

Journey from Turin Airport to Val Thorens

I cannot recommend this driver, in spite of a very tidy and comfortable vehicle. During our pair of three-hour trips between Turin Airport and Val Thorens, he spent the majority of the time texting on the phone whilst driving and the lane markings were almost entirely ignored throughout. At one point, we were even pulled over by the French police and escorted to a nearby station after he attempted an illegal overtake. I would strongly encourage Mario to improve his distracted and careless driving before he causes an accident.

Thanks for the advice, but as you did ... next time we will not answer useless telephone reconfirmations ... as for the overtaking speech it was done because there was a vehicle that went at 30 per hour without any kind of accident without any kind of difficulty, clearly the police can't wait to get money, if you don't get there I don't know what to say ... if the pleasure and writing so much to write then go on, have a good day

Journey from Sauze D'Oulx to Turin Airport

The driver was on time so no problems there but it soon became obvious that the driver had not had enough sleep; I’ve travelled in many countries where the driving practices aren’t, shall we say, as stringent as the UK (ie, South America and SE Asia.) and I don’t really remember be as concerned for my safety whilst being a passenger. The driver was driving very erratically and fast, constantly rubbing his eyes and not watching the road which made him swerve on numerous occasions. I’m not one to scare easily but I was angry that someone who is responsible for the safety of their passengers was obviously not fit to drive. I passed the information on to the company on the day but please be warned.

Journey from Turin Airport to Chantemerle

About 12 hrs before arrival they emailed to confirm and ask for contact number which was re-assuring. Our flight was delayed by an hour but the driver was waiting for us in arrivals when we came out. On the way back the same driver turned up 30 mins early which was again re-assuring. He didn't speak too much english but instead used his smartphone to translate which was fine. Everything worked out well
