Journey from Turin Airport to Hôtel La Maison du Bez

We were picked up at the airport in Torino. We got a bigger bus than we needed. Great. Lots of space. Safe driving to France. On the way back. Picked us up in good time. Even took a couple of extra people that needed a transfer from our hotel to the airport. Great service! Thank you.

Mario was waiting for us even after a long delay at baggage reclaim in Milan. He returned to take us back at the agreed time. He communicated well by text and email. I would happily use him again.

Journey from Turin Airport to Sestriere

Pick-up on arrival at Turin Airport was good as was the transfer if somewhat a bit speedy and close to the vehicle in front but we are in Italy and used to this type of driving. As expected transfer took around 1 hour & 20 minutes. However the return trip was not great, took the long way back to the airport avoiding the motorway and for a lot of the time was somewhat distracted by paperwork and messages on the phone. Return journey took 2 hours. We know the route for the transfer as this is our 10th visit to Sestriere so were somewhat surprised by the return route. However communication before our first pick-up and also before our return was good. Different driver on the return pick-up to that on when we arrived which is why 3 stars. Driver who picked us up at airport would be 4 stars and return driver would be 2 stars
