Everything was ok except the communication was very poor

Journey from Geneva International Airport to Morzine

This service was excellent! 5 Stars for sure! We booked a private transfer for 11 people. We arrived a little late due to waiting for luggage, sadly one of the group was without luggage due to being left in Amsterdam hence causing a further delay but the driver was just fine with it. We met him outside to explain he was cool about it and he just loaded up the minibus with out luggage like he was playing kerrplunk ! As a big group and 11 of us all with luggage and board bags and other bits of hand luggage - it looked as if it would not all fit in but he managed it just fine. He drove very carefully to the resort and got us there safe and sound in just over 1hr and 15 mins! The transfer back was also the same - this time a different driver - he arrived on time and loaded everything up for us which was great. I am always nervous about booking transfers (had some disasters in the past) but the communication was great prior to the trip, the price was really competitive, the minibus was well looked after and they drove sensibly. Result and they were there waiting with a sign. I paid cash on arrival for the first leg and the second on the way back. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone and when the opportunity arises I will use them again.

Journey from Genève to Hotel Monboso

The trip from GVA took too long because we had to wait for the driver to get the right pass for toll-routes. We lost 30 minutes. Unfortunately we also had to wait for an accident. We missed en afternoon skiing.
