Journey from Shifnal to London Heathrow Airport

Friendly and professional from the start. Excellent communication throughout. Good value. Car was clean and well presented with plenty of room. I was impressed by the standard of driving and calm, friendly demeanour of our driver. We would certainly use them again and recommend to others.

Journey from Birmingham Airport to Dunchurch

Arriving from Sydney into Birmingham airport I was contacted by the driver who told me to go to Gregg's Coffee area outside near Arrival Gate. I waited and nobody came for 10 minutes , I then saw a lady fall and I went to help her and assist her back through the Arrival door that took 3minutes, the driver phoned again I explained I would be back in a minute, went back outside and waited another 10 minutes. He never came, but they sent a message he waited for over 30 mins. Absolutely not , they cancelled the order saying I had not responded. I lost 60 pounds prepaid ...... Definitely do not use this company.

I have spoke to my driver and he told me he was waiting by Greggs for 30 minutes and he tried to call you numerously before we ask driver to move as we have explained you over WhatsApp drive has other job to cover also i have provided you with evidence that driver calls history record.
