Journey from Chambéry Airport to La Tania

We had Tom on the journey to the resort and Sean on the return trip. Both drivers were friendly and helpful. We did have a delayed pick up from Chambery and we had to phone to find out what was happening, but once we knew, we were able to get something to eat and drink at the airport, and Tom phoned us on his arrival. However, an update would have been useful as soon as it was clear that he wouldn't make it on time.

Absolutely brilliant company - they were very friendly, informative and professional - but more than this, when France closed all Ski resorts due to COVID-19 they pulled out all the stops to ensure we could get back to Geneva Airport to make the new flights we booked to get out of France and back to the UK. They reassured us that one way or another they would get us off the mountain and to the airport - thanks again for making a stressful occasion that much easier!

Journey from Geneva Airport to Méribel Village

The company was great with communication and provided a mobile number for our driver Steve who kept in touch by text before our flights departed and after we touched down. He was waiting in the other side with our name and immediately got us out the airport and to resort in great time. Water provided in the van was a nice touch. On the return he arranged timings with us the day before, and on the morning kept an eye on traffic and actually phoned and mobilised us half an hour early due to concerns over traffic so we arrived in time for our flights. Highly recommend.
