Easy to book and fast response to emails. Clear instructions from Mat and Sean our driver was waiting for us when we came out of baggage reclaim. Good standard of vehicle and smooth transfer

Journey from Geneva International Airport to Hôtel Edelweiss

Using GSM was a five star experience. We made a mistake in booking our flights and had to move the pick up back by a day. GSM changed the booking and picked us up without any issue or extra charges. On the return, we asked for an early pick up due to heavy snow in Courchevel. They were able to accommodate us without a problem. Adam, our driver, was courteous and displayed a steady hand on the snowy roads. I would definitely use GSM again and would recommend them highly.

Journey from geneva airport to Courchevel 1850

I tend to rate such services on a combination of the service provided and the cost. 1. The communications with the company were very friendly and efficient. They accept either cash or card or a combination. Everything was easily arranged. 2. The driver was waiting at the airport with the sign, even though our flight was quite late. He was most pleasant and courteous and assisted us with the luggage. He knew all the routes, in the event of traffic problems. He drove us right to our door. 3. The car was a new VW van and very spacious. All seat belts were in perfect order. 4. The price was very competetive...and 10% or more below some other offers. I would consider this excellent Value for Money and will use GSM again.
