Journey from Munich Airport to Saalbach

Vielen Dank nochmal an HRI. Es war wirklich sehr gut. Der geplante Transport war zum ausgemachten Zeitpunkt da und war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Fahrzeug war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Preis Leistung 2 Daumen hoch.Beim nächsten mal werde ich mich sicher wieder melden.

Journey from MUNICH AIRPORT to OBERTAUERN

Very unpleasant experience. Delayed pickup and car problems that forced us to stop on the motorway and change car. This made us miss our flight! After this, the company has treated us extremely hostile and unprofessional. Not to recommend

Dear Client, we want to comment on your reviews. You have given a wrong information. The problem with "miss the flight" wasn't our made. You have calculate a very short time. Your travel was on a saturday on high-season winter-saturday with a lot of traffic jam. On high-season winter saturdays, it's usual that the roads are full. With rain or snow is possible that is a traffic jam on some parts of the road. If the roads are full, we can't do anything. It's not our made. We had informed you one day before about the possible traffic jam, but you (or one client in your group said, that the pick-up time is enough. It's right that we changed the car on the way, because a possible problem on the car. You have lost only 5 minutes because that reason (change the car and put the luggage from one car into other car). The main problem was your short calculation for the transfer and the traffic jam. For traffic jam, we can't do anything. We can only inform our client about a possible traffic (one day before or asap). If you say, that you would like to pick-up at the same time, we can't do anything. For the next holiday-trip, we can recommend you to calculate more time (important for winter-saturdays). Journey from SALZBURG to ST. JOHANN IN TIROL

No one waiting when we arrived at airport. Had to ring company. Eventually someone turned up. No help with luggage. But it’s the return journey that really let us down. Taxi booked for 1645. At that time I got phone call from company saying that taxi been delayed and would be 30 to 40 mins late. Taxi actually arrived one hour late. As we knew we would be tight to catch our flight we were waiting in carpark with luggage hoping to get straight off. Driver drove into carpark and did not acknowledge us but instead attempted to park up in a space that was quite clearly too small. After much manoeuvring he succeeded in getting the taxi stuck so we had to ask other people to move their cars! Couldn’t help but get the impression that the driver had not driven a vehicle of this size before. He then spent a few minutes programming sat nav. But then he missed almost first turn off despite sat nav... Upshot is we came within 2 mins of missing flight which was a stressful end to our holiday.

Journey from Flughafen Salzburg to Grand Hotel Zell am See

The Driver was punctual on time, he was friendly and helpful for luggage. The car was a black Mercedes (newest model) with high extras. The Driver drived us very secure and spoke with us with a very good english. I can only recommend this company for all other.

Journey from Salzburg Airport to Alpbach

Driver was nice, didn't speak much English but didn't prove to be too much of a problem. Asked for all the money up front at the end of the first transfer which wasn't ideal, I would expect to pay half the fee for each leg. The car on the journey out was spacious enough and could take all our luggage and people (party of 7) however the return car was smaller, luckily one of our party had taken alternative transport so we were a man, snowboard and case down, otherwise we would have had luggage on our laps.

Journey from Mayrhofen to Salzburg

It was very efficient service and the driver was very friendly. The only issue for us was that the company insisted on leaving an hour earlier than requested as it anticipated heavy traffic. This meant we were nearly three hours at the airport in advance of our flight departing.

Journey from Salzburg Airport to Kirchberg in Tirol

Our inbound flight was delayed by fog , as a result we had to wait longer for our transfer, but the company kept us informed. Our return trip went very smoothly
