Journey from Ibiza to Portinatx

Very fast and efficient. Helped us load and unload all bags and prams. Good modern vehicle with A/C. Driver was waiting on us on arrival, patient while 4 kids had to have bathroom breaks etc. 15 mins early for pick up which relieved stress of return leg.

Journey from Ibiza Airport to Cala LLenya

Very efficient, there was a mix up in the airport, (my fault) however Chiara was so helpful and got us sorted out. Return driver turned up 10 minutes early which was so reassuring as it meant we were not worrying about whether they were going to turn up. We got an excellent price and an excellent service. Journey from Ibiza Airport to Marina Palace Prestige by Intercorp Hotel Group

Your pick up driver gave us no help with cases when coming out of the airport to get up the slight hill to where he had parked the minivan. We had our cases on a trolley that belonged to 2 seniors. All together there were 4 seniors and 2 young adults. The young adults handled their cases and some hand luggage while Other seniors pushed the trolleys. Also on wAy back to the airport, he did not help with the cases from the outside of the hotel. We had to get them over to the door of the van for him to load. Same at airport. Cases outside van door, no help to get to a trolley to get into airport. Possibly Spanish drivers do not have the same courtesy as British and Canadian airport transfer drivers. But this driver was not in the least friendly, never spoke or anything. I would not like to ever use this driver again, if we were ever back in Ibiza.
