Journey from Four Points by Sheraton Venice Mestre to Porto Corsini

Had a reservation for 9am. Driver showed up at our hotel at 7:45 am, had hotel desk call us, he got on the phone and said we have 15 minutes to be down or the ride would be cancelled. Fortunately we were up and able to make it down to the lobby in the 15 minutes. This was according to his boss, who was extremely rude to my wife on the phone when discussing the scheduled pick up time with her. The boss literally yelled at her thru the phone so much the hotel desk clerk had to intervene and translate. I showed the driver my print out of the reservation confirmation that indicated 9am. Worse, the driver appeared tired, he kept dozing off, swerving in and out of lanes and driving erratically and fast - we were speeding at over 120km at times. We needed to be at the port, it was a Sunday, a two hours drive, and there were no other options to take at that last moment. Overall I was disgusted with the service of Venice Black Car. The next best offer was $50 euro more and I should have taken it.

Hi, I apologize for the rude driver, he is finishing his working period at the end of the month, but if you read the reservation on the comment it says availability at 08.00 am. I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but it was enough to read the reservation, so once she arrived, she certainly couldn't wait more than an hour and a half. and the only alternative was to go away or disturb you on the phone.
