Journey from venice cruise port to Venice Marco Polo Airport

We had 3 bookings with this company, which from the time of booking to the day of transfers had very good conmunications. First was transfer from Airport to Holiday Inn, driver was waiting for us at airport and all was fine till we came to pay. Driver said card machine not working so had to pay cash, fortunately we did have 50 euro which driver took but could only give us 10 euros in change instead of 12euros. He siad as we had transfer to cruise terminal the following morning he would see that we had 2 euros credit for that transfer. 2nd booking from Holiday Inn to cruise terminal arrived 15 mins late but we were kept informed about delay, very nice female driver and card machine worked, no mention of 2 euro credit. 3rd booking from Cruise terminal to airport never arrived, made several calls to company who were not very helpful. After waiting 45mins we took a private taxi at the terminal as had plane to catch in less than 2hrs.
