Hi, these are my comments to the two transfers we had: 1. Jan 21st from Marco Polo to Arabba. Good driver, on time, convenient transfer. 2. Jan 28th return. Driver on time but that was the only good thing. The driver drove to fast and risky all the way. We had to cling to handles in the backseat when he drove on the steep "serpentine road". He made som very risky overtakings. On the highway he drove to fast and sometimes reached a speed of 180km/h. Usually it takes 2.30 - 2.45 h from Arabba but this time it took 2.05 h. Overall it was a very unconvenient and scary transfer. When we confronted the driver he more or less shrugged. We rate this transfer as "less than poor". Unless the company take care of this driver we will fore sure choose another company next time. Our rating is based on the performance of the second driver.

100% best and cheapest taxi to Venice.

Good service. Punctual and professional. The only minor complaints I would have are (1) Please allow for credit card payment (the driver requested cash), and (2) the price was a little high (400 Euro for Val Gardena to Venice (Mestre)). Perhaps 350 euro?

The driver was waiting for us at Venice Marco Polo and he swiftly got us to La Villa. He was courteous, helpful and really nice and friendly! No complaints whatsoever.

Venice Black Car provided me the best quote for a private transfer for 6 people from Trieste Cruise Port to Mestre outside of Venice among 3 other quotes, and a separate quote from my hotel recommendation. The driver for VBC waited for us outside of the cruise terminal in his car at the agreed time, maybe because of the light rain, instead of standing outside holding a sign with my name on it as I requested. I had to run up and down the street outside of the terminal to find him. He is very nice, polite, professional, a good driver and gave us helpful information and valuable tips about where to go and what to do in Venice. The reason for the 4* instead of 5* is the lack of responsiveness from Venice Black Car to my inquiries about the pickup after the booking was confirmed. I had to contact FindTransfers to intervene and help me get a response from Venice Black Car. VBC did not give me at first the assurance that the booking was legit and whether we will be picked up because my emails were completely ignored until FindTransfers stepped in. But at the end of the day VBC provided excellent service through its driver. I will use FindTransfers.com again and I recommend it.
