Journey from Venice Marco Polo Airport to Hotel Eurostars Residenza Cannaregio

Driver was not there to meet us from our flight as promised. Never contacted us, had to call and he said it would be at least half an hour. We were forced to cancel and get other transportation and not happy since we had a tight schedule. Venice Black Car should have contacted us.

Journey from Venice Marco Polo Airport to hu Venezia camping in town

Booked the company over a week I advance to collect from Marco Polo Airport and kept company up to date on delays and what was happening but when we arrived at the airport there was no driver waiting for us, we waited over an hour and a half contacting the company through email and phone calls with no reply, before trying to arrange other transport from the airport. The company never reached out after.

Reply from the transfer company:

Sorry, but your flight was 5 hours late, we had no more drivers available at 2 in the morning.

Journey from Hotel Kennedy to Venice Marco Polo Airport

car did not arrive at hotel waited 20 minutes then phoned company, man on the phone asked me to wait while he checked then phone went dead. Tried calling again several times only to get answer machine.

Journey from Hotel Villa Laguna to Union Lido | Camping 5 Stelle

Driver sent a message one hour before pick up, asking us to confirm hotel name, then told us he could not complete the fare. Very poor service!

Reply from the transfer company:

if you didn't want to pay for the water taxi to get to the car it's not our fault.

Journey from Venice Marco Polo Airport to Fondamenta Zattere Al Ponte Lungo

The service was excellent. The driver communicated well with me and came inside the airport to ensure we located one another. He understood I was anxious to get to the ferry port to ensure on-time arrival. (I had a very small window of time.) He drove efficiently and safely and made sure I understood where to go after he dropped me off. His English was perfect. The car was spotless. Will use the service again on my return trip. Highly recommend.
