Journey from Venice Marco Polo Airport to Arabba | Fodom | Dolomites

We couldn’t fault the journey or driver on the way there, but the return journey was a journey from hell. The driver arrived 50 minutes early and we were sent an old transfer van which broke down an hour into the 3 hour journey at 3AM, in a tunnel on the side of the mountain. Whilst the driver didn’t speak English, we were left without knowing if we would make our flight. We were told that we weren’t expected to pay the full rate due to this, but before getting in the van sent to collect us, the driver demanded €300 which is almost double the original quote. We then had to haggle the driver down in order to get to the airport and he still agreed on €10 more than the original quote. If the checkin staff had not let us check our bags in 10 minutes after the closing time, we would have not made our flight, whilst being out of pocket from the transfer company. It’s safe to say we will not use this service again and have been left incredibly disappointed.

First of all, I apologize, we were overbooked that day, so I called a colleague in the area, I can give you his contact details, website, etc. so you recognize him, he wasn't our driver, but we were in the dark about everything, believe me I'm so sorry, but he's not part of our company, our driver, he was the one from the second bus that arrived at the indicated time, and he should have gone all good as always. forgive me again for what happened, we are very sorry, it is the first time this has happened to us

Journey from Selva di Val Gardena to Venice Marco Polo Airport

After booking taxi days in advance they let us down on the morning of the trip. We had to make alternative arrangements because they suddenly cancelled on us... This meant we almost missed our international flight. Would highly recommend you DON'T use them.
