What a fantastic service from start to finish. I cannot rate this company high enough. It was a very easy booking process, the driver was waiting for us on arrival and was very friendly and professional. We had the same driver for our return journey and he arrived early and waited for us. I will definitely be using them again next year when I return.

Great experience. The driver was waiting for us at the airport at the indicated meeting point a bit before planned, the child seats we ordered were there and correct, the driver was very kind and was also right on time for the return pickup. And this was the cheapest option we found on the web... I will use MallorcaBuses and FindTransfers again.

Both transfers were hassle-free. Drivers were punctual, helpful and pleasant.

This was by far the best transfer experience we ever had! Appropriate, safe and clean child seat was provided. The driver was waiting for us when we got out of the arrival area despite being delayed getting our luggage. On the transfer back to the airport, the driver was earlier than on time and both times they were very polite.

Mallorca buses were fantastic. The driver was waiting at Palma airport at the designated place and time. Because we had a delay with our cases I was worried so I sent my son to meet him and when the rest of our party (6 adults 2 children and a baby) met up with him he was very charming and told us not to worry about being delayed and loaded our cases onto a trailer attached to the bus he spoke great English and chatted to us all the way to Cala d’Or. I had arranged the return transfer to pick us up at the villa at 1.30 pm but because we had to vacate the villa at 10.00 am I emailed Xisco the transport manager to see if he could pick us up at The Jolly Roger a lovely local restaurant. He replied almost immediately and said no problem. On the return transfer the driver (a different driver from the original one ) arrived about ten minutes early and again said there was no rush and when we were ready loaded our luggage onto the bus. He was also very charming spoke great English and chatted the whole way to the airport. Xisco the transport manager was great to deal with and I will definitely be using them again. Thank you very much.
