Pedro was waiting for me at airport with large sign. He helped me find my suitcase which had been put in a different area. His driving is skilled and smooth. He checked my upcoming transfer back to airport and was there before time to transfer me back to airport a few days later. Excellent service

Journey from Palma de Mallorcan lentoasema (PMI) to Sol Katmandu Park & Resort

We didn´t find out driver at arrival to the airport. We called the contactnumber and he guided the driver to us. We were waiting at the meeting point as we was supposed to. The driver had somebody elses name in his sign, so we had to make sure that he was taking us to the right location. But after that we got there safe and sound. I emailed the contact person about three extra passengers for the depart transportation and got a confirmation. The driver who was picking us up wasn´t aware of extra people and was confused if we are at all the right people he was supposed to transport. But after a while he took us all and took us to airport. The price was fair and the drivers were good.

Journey from Palma de Mallorca Airport to Blau PortoPetro Beach Resort & Spa

On the first journey to the hotel the driver ignored our request to put the air conditioning on and drove with the front windows open which was very draughty in the back. The music he played was also too loud and inappropriate for the age of the passengers. The driver on the return leg from the hotel was courteous, extremely helpful and handled all the luggage without being asked. The only tiny point would be if he had asked which airline we were flying with he could have attempted to park up closer to our check in as opposed to us walking the length of the departure concourse. On the basis of the return leg alone we would give the service a five star review sadly we downgrade this to four because of the first leg.

Fantastic service. Driver waiting for us on arrival on time and was very helpful and friendly. On our last day the departure to the airport went very smoothly, driver was 20 mins early which allowed plenty of time to load our 9 cases and mobility scooter. Again driver was fantastic and did all the case and scooter lifting. Would definitely recommend and use again next time in Mallorca.
