Journey from Venice Marco Polo Airport to Campitello di Fassa

The company was easy to deal with, the van was modern and comfortable. The only negative was the need for the driver to rely on a hand held sat nav to find our hotel. We would have preferred he could look at the road and not his device. This is no criticism of the driver who was courteous and was kind enough to return to our hotel with a scarf we had left on the backseat.

Journey from Marco Polo International Glass Art Gallery to Lüch de Costa

MIB SRL provided a wonderful service of transporting my husband and I from Marco Polo Airport to Colfosco. The trip was very comfortable and safe and our driver Fabio was very courteous, this professional service was what we needed after travelling 20 hours from Australia.

Great communications from Find Transfers and MIB. Driver waiting on arrival at VCE and assisted with cases. Comfortable van with plenty of space. For return driver arrived early due congestion on route, so we were able to leave early. Larger vehicle and again very comfortable. Only slight negative was both drivers did receive non bluetooth calls during journey. Both, however, drove very well and safely and were courteous and friendly. Highly recommended.

Journey from Venice to Campitello di Fassa

Overall a very good service - punctual and reliable. One improvement could be better communication. The method of payment could have been more clearly articulated prior to the trip- we were asked by the driver to pay half the amount and a 50 euro deposit for the return trip back to Venice when we were transported to the resort. We were not informed of this beforehand or given an official receipt at the time, so we’re left wondering if this was a legitimate request.
