First class service in every way. Collection and delivery in very good time, the multilingual drivers were professional, helpful with the copious luggage and engaging, our bambina even got a soft toy regalo that she loved all the way home. The vehicle was just two years old and very comfortable for all six of us with a baby seat at no extra cost. Bianca in the office also responds quickly and positively to emails.

Excellent service . Booked the transfer before we left Australia. After a long journey we arrived in Milan . Our flight was delayed by 35 minutes but was fantastic to see the driver waiting . Superb service for very early transfer to the mountains from Malpensa. Excellent and reassuring communication throughout. Not a problem even when the airline changed the times of the flight at the last minute. Lovely, careful driver who was nice and courteous throughout and even pointed out things of interest along the route. The Mercedes was very classy, comfortable and water provided. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again next time. Thank you.

Really good service from Milan executive transfers. They were prompt and very accommodating. The driver was very polite and even recommended some restaurants. On the return, we wanted to cha he the time of the transfer for an earlier time which they were happy to do. Definitely would recommend and use again when I’m Back to Italy.
