Journey from Malaga Airport to Los Amigos Beach Club

As a company they wasn’t to bad, they arrived on time and was were they were meant to be, But on the invoice I was sent it stated the price and to pay driver on arrival to the hotel, so I did exactly that, when it came to being dropped back off to the airport the driver asked for even more money. Then to take and speak to the driver and explain everything was hard work as he didn’t understand English, after an hour of back and forth via google translate and arguing with a manager they finally believed me that I had paid. All they kept telling me was I never paid, I was a liar and that I had to pay again or they wasn’t letting me leave. Would never use this company again.

Journey from Malaga Airport to ÓBAL URBAN HOTEL - Hotel 4 estrellas Marbella

The driver showed up on time at the airport but for our return journey I wanted to change collection to an hour later. I emailed 3 times with no response. I also rang twice and was told they would get back to me. I also texted and again no response. They arrived for pick up at the earlier time! The bus was lovely and spacious for 12 of us and the drivers were pleasant but the lack of communication was frustrating

Vehicles are good, timing excellent, drivers are kind and helpful, but the price is quite expensive for that distance.
