NO problem with anything..

Disappointing service especially on return journey to airport. Collection from airport on our arrival was smooth however was soon dampened by the driver getting lost on the way to our villa, it did not seem to our group that they had prepared or researched our destination as numerous times the driver had to stop and ask for directions. We booked a return with the company and schedueled for pick up at 5:15 in the morning due to an early flight. We called at 5:10 to ensure that the transfer was on its way to be greeted by an answering machine- after eventually getting through to an operator it was clear that our transfer was not coming anytime soon, very difficult to communicate with the operator and we were told our transfer would be here within 5-10 minutes. After 20 minutes we asked the security officer at our complex to call again- he was advised that the mini bus had broken down and that was causing the hold up- we were assured that the car would be arriving in 5-10 minutes. After another 30 minutes we could not wait any longer at risk of missing our flight, ended up having to call for 2 taxis and pay over and above. Have tried to email the company and have had no response. As the taxis were getting loaded the car eventually arrived with the driver not even remotely apologetic. Although the price for this transfer is attractive I would not recommend. Not worth the hassle or the stress of almost missing your flight. The company had our contact details and did not even let us know there would have been a delay or explain the situation which would allow us to have made alternative plans. Transfer was 50 minutes late in the end. They said there was an issue with the pneumatics on the vehicle but apparantly managed to fix this within 30 minutes - from what we gathered this was an extreme excuse and it looked as if they had forgotten about our booking Not a nice way to end the holiday. Although our experience was very poor from mini bus Andalusia the find transfers website was very helpful- just which we had chosen a different company!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WERE PREPARED TO LEAVE 18 WOMAN STRANDED 25MINUTES FROM THE CORRECT DESTINATION. The company had the full address one month before arrival. We had never been to Spain before so trusted the driver to take us to our villa. When he stopped we got off and I said this doesn't look right. We told him and he said no this is it and started to take all of our luggage off. We googled the correct address and found we were 25minutes way so as he was about to drive off we had to stand in front of the minibus to stop him from leaving us there. I called the owner of the Villa who spoke to him and directed him. Even then he dumped us at the bottom of the road and told us to walk, leaving us to find the villa. No apology from anyone. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

Everything went perfectly. Both collection and return pickups were right on time. We were a party of 11 ( 6 adults and 5 very young kids). The minibus had all the appropriate seats installed for the children on both journeys. Drivers were very helpful.

Excellent service. Waiting for us on our arrival and collected us on time for our return flight. They were the cheapest transfer we have used and the mini bus was spotlessly clean.

Punctual / efficient and very reasonably priced. Just what you want when you book transfer for a group of travellers.

Perfect timing and great service

The arrangements for our transfers could not have been made any easier; effective communication prior to travelling; confirmed price including booster seats without extortionate additional costs; and our wonderful driver Oscar was waiting for us upon arrival, straightforward transfers from the airport to our accommodation. For our departure, Oscar was early to collect us and again, direct to the airport, no problems. I cannot recommend this company highly enough, excellent customer service, fabulous, friendly, competent driver and good value for money - thank you :-)
