Journey from Malaga airport - Costa del Sol to Sisu Boutique Hotel Puerto Banus

Company was over 1hour late for our airport transfer resulting in us missing our bag check-in and causing great difficulty in the airport with our flights. The driver did not acknowledge this and was not attentive to us at all during our transfer. They also diverted the route to airport to drop a person who had been on the previous trip at a certain location, adding an extra 15 minutes onto our journey. As well as stopping to fuel the vehicle which took over 10 minutes also - this should have been done previous to pick up as preparation. Extremely disappointed and will not be using this company ever again. I also made numerous phone calls within the hour we were waiting to the company and they kept saying they would be “10 minutes late” and also did not return my last call. DO NOT USE !!!!

Journey from Barceló Marbella to Malaga airport - Costa del Sol

Punctual and attended with a car seat as requested. Smooth drive and arrived on time. Van smelt a little of stale smoke and baby seat was dirty

Everything went like clockwork with our transfers. I was very happy with the price and the service provided . Waiting for us at arrivals and a lovely coach - our party of 10 adults could not fault a thing .

Excellent. Seemed to be mini vans rather than sedans which was a shame when there were only 3 passengers.

Both drivers were on time, the journey back was better than going but that was due to the driver misreading the instructions for getting to the villa. Would not put me off using them again though.

Journey from Malaga Airport to Torrox Costa

Brilliant transfer, however driver struggled to find our accommodation, I had precise directions but they were in English so no good to the driver who spoke no english and we spoke no Spanish, so took an extra 20mins right at the end. No one's fault just frustrating at back end of a long day.

Journey from Málaga to San Pedro de Alcántara

I would have given this transfer 5 stars . The reason we didn't is because we didn't have a child seat or booster seat on our inbound journey.
