Generally yes I would recommend as the driver was on time and the vehicle was clean and comfortable. However there was a huge and unpleasant pressure to tip the driver which we did not appreciate. The fee quoted on the site - 160 euros! - stated the full price. I think he thought we were rich as he collected us from a grand hotel: in fact I was staying there to review it for a newspaper. It left us feeling very uncomfortable.

Excellent communication from Nappo Cars so I could relax on holiday without worrying that maybe the car wouldn't turn up for the return trip! The Mercedes minivan was very clean and comfortable and the driver polite. He was waiting at the arranged place on time.

Journey from Ravello to Naples

The driver arrives almost an hour late without providing update. This can make people nervous since you don't know if the driver comes or not. A text message with an update should be good. After all, what the cell phone is fore? The boss ask for additional 20 euro because of 2 stops in Naples. even though I already specified 2 locations in the bidding contract.

Journey from La Stella Di Napoli B&B to Gelsomino Rooms Ravello

The driver was about 30 minutes late when picking up us in Naples and Revallo. At least someone should notify us by email or text through WhatApp. I have to call Find Transfer and Nappo Services several times. It's very unprofessional for doing business like this. I was not sure if the driver would show up or not as I have to find another company with such a short time. I was afraid of being late for the wedding in Revallo and missed the train when coming back from Naples. The guy was a great driver but the car smelled diesel so bad. My brother had the same delay issue for picking up the next day. He texted me for the company contact numer. Please make sure to schedule way far ahead in case your guy being late and install WhatApp to communicate with the company.
