Clean car and the driver was on time. The company did ask for a 20% deposit when I booked the ride. This wasn't a problem but that information probably should have been included in their quote

Journey from Amalfi to Naples Airport

I used Nappo Car Service for a transfer from Amalfi town to Naples Airport. The driver arrived 15 minutes early and waited until me & my son were ready to depart. Great value for money & a very friendly driver. I will definitely be using this company when I visit again. Nicola, Dublin Ireland

Journey from Salerno Stazione to Via Maestra dei Villaggi

I asked for a transfer weeks before we needed it. They asked for a deposit the day before so o did that and then they weren’t there when we arrived at the train station. We had to pay for another taxi to reach our destination.

Really good communication via WhatsApp and punctual drivers. However note for other users (which may sound simple!) but if booking a return transfer ensure you only pay half the quoted fee to the driver on the first journey. Our first driver took the full fee and then on the return leg they tried to charge us again. We were called liars and at one point they threatened to call the police. After half an hour of debating they finally accepted our position. The payment process for 2 leg bookings should be made clear and receipts given for payments to prevent this. (Driver rated poor based on dishonesty of first driver over payment rather than his actual driving and attitude which was good)
