Journey from Venice Marco Polo Airport to Smart Hotel Holiday Venezia

It was seamless. Came into arrivals to find him waiting with our name clearly visible. He immediately took my suitcase out of my hand and lead us to the vehicle nearby. Vehicle was 8 seater and really comfortable. Was at hotel very promptly, and driver helped us in with luggage. Price as agreed. Brilliant service and worth it after a long journey.

Very punctual, very friendly and helpful. Be aware that transport is only until Piazzale Roma from Venice Airport (irrespective of what you wrote in your inquiry).

hello mrs thanks for you review but i want to inform you and the orther client its normally the car goes only in p.le roma and not for example at your destination in s,marco or other point in venice because after p.le roma there is a water and is necessary from this point take a water taxi o boat pubblic all car goes in only in p.le roma is the last point where the car arrive ok thanks have a nice day matteo

Journey from venice Treviso Airport to Hotel Colfosco

The drivers were very polite (English speaking), punctual and smart. They competently drove us safely through the snowy roads up into the mountains to our ski resort. The vehicles were also very smart, clean and comfortable (Black Mercedes) roomy enough for 5 adults with large suitcases and hand luggage. We received a text message before each journey to confirm - a very stress free transfer. Thank you

Journey from Venice Marco Polo Airport to San Martino di Castrozza

Our flight was delayed by over two hours and this was on Christmas day! Matteo had no issue at all with this, he was waiting for us even after more time was wasted as our luggage did not arrive and we had to fill out some forms. We eventually left on our 2.5 hour transfer into the mountains and not only was Matteo a fantastic driver but extremely knowledgeable and a great guy to chat to. By the time he would have driven back home, it would have been well after 22h00 at night and in the snow! After 11 days, Matteo fetched us in the mountains and returned us to Venice, during the transfer he arranged a motoscafo for us to transfer to our apartment in Venice central. I would definitely use Matteo's services again and can certainly recommend him for a hassle free and enjoyable transfer. We were a family of 5 and fitted comfortably with all luggage in his new and very clean Mercedes Benz Vito bus.
