Journey from Venice Marco Polo Airport to Hotel Danieli

Our trip was made so much better with the seamless and immediate transfer provided by Matteo. He greeted us, holding our name board, at the airport at the bottom of the escalator near the exit. His English was very good and he was fast and efficient, from the Mercedes van to the water taxi transfer. Transportation was all very clean. He knows the area very well and recommended so many activities for us to do! The only reason we did not use him on our return was that the return was already organized by our hotel. We highly recommend NCC Friendly!

Matteo is one of the best. Stayed in touch, followed thru on his commitments, I was so VERY impressed with this company and plan on using them again when I come back to Venice next year.

An excellent and thoroughly dependable company. They take payments via Paypal which is a plus. Cars always turned up on or ahead of time, are safely driven, clean and comfortable. Loads of room for people and luggage. Would definately use again.

Matteo was awesome! After booking our transfers, Matteo & I stayed in contact using WhatsApp. I asked him questions off & on and he was very quick to respond & very helpful. I reconfirmed our booking shortly before we arrived because I had booked so long in advance. Matteo was right where he said he would be at the airport.

Journey from Ravenna to Venice

Matteo was fantastic. He made our group feel very at ease. He was on time and extremely friendly. In addition, Matteo went out of his way to help us when we got to Venice to make sure we got a water taxi that put us on our way to where we were staying. I would recommend this service and Matteo specifically to anyone at anytime.
