Jean-Luc is incredibly helpful, friendly and understanding! I got the arrival day wrong, so he had to come to the airport twice to collect us. It was absolutely no problem for him, he was so understanding and nice about it, and made me feel a lot less guilty. He took the time to explain a bit about the area we were driving through and was easy to chat with. I would highly recommend him and FindTransfers.com

Both managers were very impressed by the service especially when it comes to punctuality. They needed to change the pick-up time (return to hotel from Cannes to Nice) in the night hours but that was no problem for the transfer service, they were very accommodating.
