Journey from Barcelona–El Prat Airport (BCN) to Hotel Maritim Roses

The driver was very professional and polite. The vehicle was very clean and comfortable. However he had done a roundtrip from Barcelona to Madrid the previous day (1700 kms?) and was struggling to keep awake on the 2 hour transfer to our hotel. We realise that it was the wrong weekend to arrive in Barcelona when the football was on in Madrid, but it would've better if we had been allocated a driver who had not been so exhausted. Unfair on the driver as well as a risk to ourselves.

Sirs, thanks for your review. We just want tell you that it is true that this driver went the day before to Madrid, but from Barcelona there is 1200 km, not 1700. And he arrived to his home at 21.00h and was resting for 16 hours, he began to work again with your transfer at 13.00h. The most important for us is our customers, and I can ensure you that this driver was rested to begins to drive again to take you with the maximum security. I am sorry if you feel you in not good hands, but this driver work in our company since many years ago. He is really a good professional and he is very happy working here. Our flight was delayed 12 hrs but Nice not only still honoured the contract they also kept the same price even though it was almost midnight when the journey finished. Spotless merc and a very friendly driver (Josep). Would use them again in an instant.

a very good service, my only (minor) issue was that an 8 seater bus was used to collect 2 people carrying only hand luggage - I was expecting a smaller car.

Absolute fantastic service. Driver was waiting for us at airport ready to drive us. On the return trip driver was on time. No issues at all. Cant fault them and will definitely use again. Thank you for a brilliant and flawless service. Drivers were nice and offered to carry some of our bags.
