Journey from Barcelona Airport to Vincci Bit

I was expecting to be picked up by a Mercedes instead we where picked up by a van type of taxi, and for return transport was an ordinary taxi. What happened to a MERCEDES?

Dear Roya E, We send the vehicles exactly that we offer through FindTransfers. The arrival service we performed with the new Mercedes V-Class 250 in it's version most luxurious and the return journey with a Mercedes Vito new model in version taxi of Barcelona. Journey from BARCELONA AIRPORT to CAMBRILS PARK RESORT

We could not have asked for a better experience. This was our 1st time getting a taxi transfer. They arrived dead on time collecting us. So friendly. They went above and beyond to accomadate is on our transfer home as I had to change pick up time due to highented airport security. They come when they say they will. An you will arrive at your place of choice in comfort an peace of mind and most importantly on time. Will defiantly use this company again. Only wish they were everywhere I go from now on.

Journey from BARCELONA AIRPORT to CAMBRILS PARK RESORT

We got delayed on way into Barcelona by our flight carrier which had a knock on effect on our pickup from airport. The taxi company did not contact me to say that someone else would be collecting us on their behalf....the most important part was that the subsequent taxi company did not have any child seats that I had requested. I suppose I cannot blame nicetaxi but if they give the work to someone else then they need to ensure all is in order. The journey back with them was great. Collected on time. Lovely taxi and smooth journey. The driver was very courteous. Would definitely use them again.
