Journey from Barcelona Airport to Hotel Aromar

The transfer from airport to hotel was excellent arranged. The driver was neatly waiting in the arrival hall and even had bottled water for us because it was so hot. Top!. He spoke excellent English and gave us all sorts of tips about places and sights turn from our hotel.The transfer from hotel to Barcelona was good, the driver was on time at our hotel. Too bad the whole driver spoke no English, so he was very silent. This brought him very cranky about while he probably was not. Touch the taxi business, if you know you're getting clients from abroad, arrange for a driver who speaks English, makes this a more proffesional impression. The first driver i want to give excellent 5-stars , the second driver i want to give 3-stars. Average 4-stars

Journey from Barcelona Airport to Platja d'Aro

The driver was really polite and friendly. He was waiting for us in arrivals. The car was clean and there was a car seat available for my seven year old, even though i hadn't requested it. The same driver took us back to the airport; he was so friendly and polite. The price was reasonable. I would absolutely look to book this company again.

Prompt arrival times, driver carried our luggage to Nd from the boot of the car. Driver friendly and polite, car tidy, clean and in good condition. Complementary bottle of water each, for both outward and return journeys was unexpected and appreciated!

Journey from Barcelona–El Prat Airport to Hotel SERHS Oasis Park

Due to a delay in the flights our driver Joseph was waiting for us, he was very friendly and recomended some local restaurants when we reached our destination. Unfortunately our return taxi was late picking us up due to a mix up at the office. The driver who picked us made sure we made it to the airport on time so we didn't miss our flight. We received 15 Euro's compensation and 2 telephone apologies from the head office as well as an email from the company. My sister used the same company for her transfers and had no problems.
