Communication from the start was excellent. Patrizio gave me confidence that he would come on the right day at the right time. He actually came early! When we checked out of the hotel he was waiting for us and we left ahead of schedule at 5.45 am. We had had a heavy night so needed the sleep but Patrizio drove safely and we had a comfortable drive. He was so polite and reliable. I would definitely recommend his services. His car was also in great condition and clean.
