I made a mistake with my booking and booked it a week later than intended. Phil was nevertheless able to quickly shuffle things round and accommodate me at the last minute.

Journey from geneva airport to samoens

Phil was totally reliable. Exchanged emails/texts in advance. He was waiting at the gate at Geneva airport holding my name. On the return journey (Samoens to Geneva) to arrive at Geneva 8.30 am Monday, the traffic was really bad. He collected us at 7.00 am. It needed to me 6.30. Not Phil’s fault, just bad traffic, but allow extra time in morning rush hour!

What an amazing exerpeience/survey. Great price and communication from start to finish. Very friendly and even stopped off for us for snacks both ways. Nothing was too much trouble and Phil knew the roads so well (no Sat nav required). Was on time both ways with clear boards at airport. Couldn’t recommendation highly enough. Thks Phil. See you next year!!!
