Journey from Athens Airport to Brown Acropol

I have a few grievances with this company. They say they are flexible with payment but had me PayPal beforehand, then at pickup they had me cancel it because the (transfer rate is confusing, even though I sent $113 usd equivalent to 100 euro) and wanted cash or to have the hotel charge my card and I get cash from them. He was also not in the airport with a sign for pickup as stated and was in a vehicle outside. I chose this company because I wanted to use my card so having to get cash was quite disappointing and if they stated cash only, I would not have booked.

We had a text msg on landing to say that Manos our driver was already waiting for us at arrivals . The Mercedes transporter was very spacious and clean. Communication was brilliant and the price was very competitive. I would definitely use again. Fantastic service.

Journey from Athens Airport to Port of Piraeus

I had already informed in advance that the group would be taking two different flight arrivals at different times, and the same car would be taking me to the cruise terminal. However, the later flight was delayed by 30 minutes. The driver should have the responsibility to wait for the passengers instead of arranging another car. As a result, everyone had to wait for more than half an hour at the airport. I understand that the original car had a subsequent booking, so another car had to be arranged to pick up the passengers at the airport. However, this arrangement is actually unacceptable. The group is willing to pay a waiting hour fee, but having to wait for another car at the airport is not good service.
