Marie Voyage

Firstly, the positive was that our driver was on time to pick us up on both the outbound and return journey. However, when our driver picked us up from the airport he didn't know where we were going (even though I had put the address in as part of the booking), we waited 20 minutes in the car park while he tried to get the navigation on his phone working. When we finally got moving, he took a call just as we were approaching a junction with multiple exits, he took the wrong turn and added 1 hour to our journey time because of this. We finally arrived at our destination after 4 hours on what should have been a 2 hour 30 minute transfer. On the return leg, our driver picked us up at 7am. He was clearly very tired, was drinking Red Bull the whole journey and splashing his face with water but we could visibly see he was falling asleep while driving. He had to stop half way through the journey to try and wake himself up. A very scary experience and we were glad to be out of the taxi at the airport. One of the cheaper transfers so I suppose you get what you pay for, but putting our lives in this drivers hands was not worth the saving in my eyes!

Marie Voyage provided an excellent service. We were met without difficulty, had a smooth journey and the return journey was also trouble free with a quick stop for a coffee on the way, given the need for a very early departure. The drivers were very professional, vehicles comfortable and spacious and service faultless.

The booking had to be short notice due to another company cancelling at the last minute. The response from MarieVoyage was very quick through find transfers and a very competitive price. The driver turned early and was very smartly dressed. The vehicle was immaculate and modern towing a trailer for our party of 10’s luggage. The drivers was very helpful and friendly, his driving was impeccable and safe. I would not hesitate to use both companies again.

The driver was very nice and punctual. The car was very comfortable and new. He was helpful with luggage, made stops when requested (for food and bathroom). I surely recommend Marie Voyage. The communication with Marie Voyage was also good, through WhatsApp.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Driver was the rudest person I have e ever met. On our way there he was awful. On the way back, he started an argument with my sister in law and almost got into a fight with my 75 year old father. He threatened to leave us there and the only reason we didn’t take a different ride was because we couldn’t find one. Honestly, stay away. Horrendous.
