Journey from Salisbury to Hadley Wood

Could not fault the service provided. Arrived on time, helped with luggage and got us safely home after a funeral. I should also say that a second journey I had booked had to be cancelled. I offered to pay a cancellation fee because I had not paid a deposit but this was generously declined. Would certainly use this company again.

The transfer was accomplished perfectly. The driver (Stoyan) was courteous, conscientious, knowledgeable, and efficient--a fine person! There is no one better. We were so thoroughly satisfied that I was happy to add a largish tip to the (reasonable) bill.

Needed an early morning taxi ride to Heathrow for a business trip, and Stoyan was superb - arrived promptly at the arranged time, great communication via email in advance, and very friendly too. Won't look any further when I need an airport transfer in the future!

Stoyan was a perfect chauffeur. He arrived on time, loaded the luggage with ease, car was exceptionally clean, ride to Gatwick was almost exactly the length of time we were told and his conversation skills throughout our trip were very enjoyable.
