Journey from Southampton to London Gatwick Airport

Stoyen was very friendly and we were very grateful for helping us with our heavy cases. He couldn’t have been more helpful and would recommend him to anyone. Our return flight to Gatwick was delayed by 2 hours and Stoyen kept in contact with us once we landed and was waiting for us when we finally left the airport. We will certainly use him again for our next holiday!

Excellent service in every way. Stoyan was there early to pick us up from the Queen Mary 2 and whisked us up to Gatwick Airport without a hitch. He was friendly and helpful, a wealth of knowledge.

E-mails between us and the company easily arranged our pick up. All ran smoothly on the day and our driver, Stoyan, collected us and got us to Gatwick in good time.

I was very pleased with the entire service from making the reservation to be delivered at our destination. The driver was in constant email contact with me which was so helpful as one flight was cancelled and final ETA was changed by 3 hours. Then we did not get our luggage so another hour of waiting and eventually filing a claim. The driver waited patiently for us and it was a pleasant 2 hour drive to our hotel.
