Hello Mr Pigram, thank you for your comment, we hope anyway that you enjoyed your stay, Indeed our driver was waiting for you at terminal 1 of the airport, terminal 2 being very rarely used we did not have the information that you land at this terminal which is 300 meters from the terminal 1, as we indicated to you by e-mail during our exchanges, we appologies. For return transfer we drive you at terminal 2 as requested. We just hope to see you next year and wish you all the best for 2020.

He found you at 6:03 p.m., knowing that he has been waiting for you at the airport since 5:07 p.m. We are aware that the minutes seem longer when you are looking for someone and that someone is looking for you and that it is not not pleasant, this can happen during busy periods on Saturdays and we are sorry. Regarding your destination address you indicated in your reservation "cinema residence", your driver therefore based his research on site at address that YOU communicated to us, it is in reality an error on your part because the real address is "residences des Cîmes ", we are therefore very surprised that you held it against us… Concerning your return you specify us that everything went well and we are delighted, it also seems important for us to specify that you have contacted our driver at 2:00 p.m. to ask him to come at 4:00 p.m. instead of 5:00 p.m , so he showed up at 4:00 p.m. and you made him wait until 4:22 p.m., we hope you appreciate the fact that we changed his schedule at the last minute and that we didn't charge you for waiting .
