Journey from Genève Aéroport to Tignes

The bottom line was they they got us to our destination on time, but the service was not punctual or organized. The experience was overall reasonable but not as good as we got at other companies in previous trips. The driver that came to pick us up at the airport was late, so we ended up waiting for him instead of him waiting for us. The driver that came to pick us on the way back came too early because he thought we were some other customer that needs to go to a different destination - when he realized the mistake he called the office and they sent us the number of another driver who eventually arrived on time. We chose this company because their price was lower than most other companies, so maybe this explains the difference. But I would probably prefer to pay a bit more just to be sure the driver comes on time and knows whom he has to take and where.

Hello Mr. Levison, we are sorry for your inconvenience and rating, rest assured the price is not for nothing you have also been outclassed on return in a mercedes vehicle, we do not understand your rating, as you report your driver was on time in and out and even in ADVANCE for your return trip, you had the number of the central which explains that you did not have the number of your driver right away but the central you gave it 1 min after your call ... so we really do not understand your notation because you indicate is satisfied with the price and indicate a contrary note? Also regarding your driver and your vehicle can you be more specific for purposes of comprehension and improvement of service? regards

The driver was waiting for us at the departure gate and didn't grumble even though our flight was delayed. He offered us water and was very polite. The car was clean and driven very well. I couldn't ask for anything more.

We did not feel safe with this driver. He pulled over on the freeway to make a call. He was unable to pack the car and we needed to show him how to fit in our two suitcases
