Very good service from start to finish with communication about the transfer. 2 good vehicles on arrival but only 1 big transit van on way back, bit dissappointed with the return vehicle for the money.

Dear Mr Mcauley As explained when you've done your booking with us, the french regulation allows to transport 8 passengers per vehicle maximum ! Above that, we need to have a vehicle called bus plus an appropriate licence and driver. So, this is a specific request which will get obviously, fuel, motoway surcharges and extra costs. In order to satisfy you we provided 2 vans to pick everyone up and 1 bus for your return journey. All this, free of charge. We want to keep our clients happy, this not the case here and we are sorry for that. Hope our clarifications will help you understand . Regards

Driver spoke very little English but was on time and communication by the company confirming the transfers was excellent. Vehicle had rear facing seats which would be an issue for me but fortunately other members of the family could cope with not facing forwards.
