The communication with the agency was very good since the communication was easy and super responsive. The bus fully fit our needs and was as we expected. we were a group of 17 people with around 12 ski/snow bags in total. The delivery was door-to-door as expected and happened on time. The only thing that caused some minor setbacks was the fact that the driver didn't speak English, therefore, it was problematic to communicate with him about restroom stops, answer his questions about the specific address of the hotel. However, in critical moments, I could call the agency and they would then call the driver and translate.

We had two airport transfers with Skill. Both were at awful times of the night yet on both occasions our drivers were waiting. We received the drivers number the day before we were due to be collected which was very reassuring. The drivers were friendly and efficient on both trips. We couldn’t fault the service and would definitely recommend to others.
