Journey from Chambéry Airport to Flaine

Absolutely amazing company . Both drivers for the drive to the resort and back again were punctual, friendly and helpful. Much better than having to get a coach - no waiting around for other people to get on the coach, dropping other people off etc . We had brilliant communication from when we booked , never had to chase anything and very competitively priced. We will definitely use them again. Thank you

Journey from Lyon Train Station to Alpe d'Huez

Driver was punctual and polite, offered us water and some chocolate. The car was clean . Thank you very much for the trip.

Journey from Lyon Airport to Les Deux Alpes

Unfortunately our flight was 1.5 hrs late arriving at Lyon. I had picked this company as reviews had said that despite delays the company were still accommodating. However we were asked to pay an extra 140 euros to guarrantee our lift pick us up from Lyon when we arrived otherwise we had to make other alternatives. We had no choice as it was late at night but to pay. What I would recommend is that the company make people aware of this extra charge if flight delayed prior to booking as I found this situation quite stressful. On arrival Lotfi was there with sign, the van was very comfortable with free water so the actual drive was very comfortable and smooth so i would recommend company to others despite the above

But if your plane is delayed of more 1h, all is already explained (100 € for each hour waiting or cancellation if you decline or if we have another transfer) I hope you understand our position because I try to offer the best cheapest prices to the clients but if plane is delayed, I am in a difficult position for the next clients if they must take a flight. Very caring and thoughtful company. Messaged me the day before informing me of potential traffic issues and suggested an alternative time to ensure I arrived at the airport on time for my flight. Lovely driver who was very accommodating and caring.

Lotfi was on-time, patient, and is a great driver. I would highly recommend his service. The van is very comfortable with free water, wifi, and spacious for a lot of luggage.
