Overall, a very pleasant experience. The car new, clean and spacious. Our driver was quite friendly, but he was a couple of minutes late, and his English was limited.

5 minutes to late due to traffic reasons. I'd recommend to arrive a little bit earlier. But it was very easy to reach the driver and we were able to solve this matter immediately. Everything else was perfect.
