I was a bit wary as I couldn't find much information/reviews online regarding Snow Drive Transfers. Safe to say I was pleasantly surprised how good they actually were. On time, friendly drivers, clean vehicles and overall just a great experience, highly recommend even though limited information online.

Very punctual and friendly driver - both ways Felt safe at all times - we enjoyed chatting with Latvian drivers and found them friendly and interesting. Surprised that Emile's girlfriend can possibly put up with his chat! No complaints at all -we stopped off at Bourg SM on the way to do a shop as well which was very helpful.

Arrival driver not apparent when we arrived - I had to ring him. He was then excellent. He did pass on details to office as to where to pick us up from for return which was very helpful. Return driver Maris excellent, proactive - he rang me. Both drivers very polite.

The first leg of the transfer went very smoothly. The driver waited for us despite the fact that there was a delay in us coming out because of bags that did not arrive. All in all I will be honest the service was punctual and good. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because n the return leg, the driver seem to have gotten a phone call (I do not know if it was business or personal related) but he was in a hurry (nearly hit a bus) and parked in a spot leaving the car running while I had to run around looking for a trolleys to carry the 7 bags we had. I was travelling with a 3 year old baby and my wife and a nanny. Because of the cold, I told my wife to take the baby and wait for me inside the airport thinking that the driver would at least have the courtesy to help me push the trolleys that had the luggage inside to the check in counter. Instead, he left the car running, got the luggage off the car and put them in front of the van and said to me once I came back with 2 trolleys that he had to leave (he seemed in a hurry) because he could not leave the car where he had parked without giving me any explanation why he did not park in a parking lot other than tending his hand to say my mission ends here, I cannot help you any further, jumped in the car and left. He did not have the courtesy of helping me to push the second trolley inside the airport. I was stranded with 2 trolleys with 7 bags trying to push both of them one after the other, having to cross the street with passing buses, for 20 minutes till I reached the inside of the airport terminal. I found this very unprofessional on the part of the driver. I usually do not write bad reviews, but this time I had to mention this because the driver did not bother to offer any help which other company drivers usually have the courtesy to offer, and he could careless about offering any assistance. Both my wife and I were shocked at his reaction and how he let me push 2 trolleys on my own knowing I was by myself and had to cross a street with 7 bags on 2 different trolleys where buses go by. I also have to mention that it was the same driver for both legs of the trip that I had tipped well on the first leg of the trip and was planning on tipping similarly on the way back but obviously did not because of the way he acted.
