Snowbound Transfers provide a first class service at a good price. Drivers in both directions were excellent and the vehicles clean and comfortable. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will use them in future.

Journey from Geneva International Airport to Méribel

We appreciated that Snowboand transfers were half the price of some of their competitors. We were ready for service that might not be up to services charging twice as much. This was not the case however. The vehicle was new and in great conditions. Both drivers were on time, friendly and fielded our many questions. We would highly recommend and will certainly use again!

We were very happy with the service. Good communication from the company through emails with confirmation of pickup times and reminders. Our drivers knew best and quickest way up and down mountain. Both our drivers, Rob and Joseph were very friendly and obliging. Highly commendable.

Journey from Méribel to Geneva International Airport

Excellent VFM compared to other companies. Would use again. My only niggle would be to give greater clarity on pick up location on all correspondence as it was unclear where in resort I'd be collected from. As it turned out Snowbound confirmed this would be from my hotel - very convenient.

Thank you for the feedback and very pleased that you enjoyed our services. In our introduction that you would of received with the quote it mentions that the transfers are door to door, it is also on the e-mail we sent you confirming the booking details with the payment request and finally the address is also confirmed on the ticket. Therefore the pick up point was confirmed in 3 different messages. Apologies that you missed this. Hope to see you again next winter!
